PHP Conference Japan 2021 のトーク募集です。

2000年からはじめ、第22回目、21周年を迎える歴史あるPHPカンファレンスです!
今年は基本はオンライン開催になります。
オンラインからの参加が可能なため、東京周辺だけでなく、全国、全世界からPHPと、その周辺に関わる楽しいトークを発信していただきたいです。
【募集要項】
- 開催日は2021/10/02および、10/3 です。時間は10:00 〜 20:00 の間になります。(申込時に登壇可能日を入力します。)
- PHPを中心として、その周辺の運用・データベース・セキュリティ・マネジメント・DX・ビジネスなどなど、特にトーク内容に制限はありません。（ただし、こちらのセッションの場合は自社製品の宣伝・求人を主体とした内容については、お断りしております。採択に関するルールをご確認ください。)
- 採択に関するルールはこちら を確認してください。
- 発表に際しては、行動規範を守るようにお願いします。多様な参加者が「参加してよかった！」とカンファレンスを終えることができるよう、お願いいたします。 (行動規範はこちら)
- 1人あたり、複数の応募を行うことができます。採択は原則1セッションです。
- 募集の締切は 2021/08/08 23:59 (JST) → 障害のため 2021/08/09 12:00 (JST) へ変更します。
【セッション時間】
- Long session (60分): 60分の長いセッションです。
- Regular session (25分): 25分の通常セッションです。
- LT (4分): 短いトークです。時間になったら強制終了です!
なお、セッション時間は発表のために目一杯利用できます。
質疑応答に関しては、原則として Discord等のツールを利用して行う案内を行います。
(登壇者自らリアルタイムでの質疑応答対応を行うことを止めるものではありません。)
【登壇方法】
- 基本的にはZoomでの登壇になります。(10/2, 10/3 の所定時間にZoomのURLに入っていただき、お話していただきます。)
- セッション内容は YouTube Live での配信・アーカイブとなります。
- 東京近郊にいる場合、大田区産業プラザPiOからの配信となる場合があります。(個別調整)
- 自宅等からオンラインにて登壇できない場合は場所を用意できる場合がありますので、ご相談ください。
- 事前に、接続テストを行います。日付は後ほどご案内します。
【スピーカ採択特典について】
Tシャツなどを用意する予定です。
スピーカー特典については、採択後住所の確認をいたします。
ボランティアにより運営されたコミュニティベースのカンファレンスとなるため、公演費・通信費などはこちらでは負担できません。ご了承ください。

This is the 22nd and 21st anniversary of the historic PHP conference that started in 2000!
This year, the conference will be held online, and we hope to have a lot of fun talks about PHP and related topics from all over the country and the world, not just from the Tokyo area.
[Guideline]
- The dates are 10/02/2021 and 10/3/2021. The time will be between 10:00 and 20:00. (Please enter the date you are available to speak at the time of application.)
- There are no restrictions on the content of the talks, which are mainly on PHP, but also on related topics such as operations, database, security, management, DX, business, and so on. (However, in the case of open sessions, we do not accept content that mainly advertises our products or recruits. Please check the rules for adoption).
- Please check here for the rules on adoption.
- Please observe the code of conduct when presenting your paper. We hope that the diverse participants will leave the conference saying, "I'm glad I attended! - One person may submit multiple applications. In principle, only one session will be accepted.
- The deadline for applications is 2021/08/09 12:00 (JST).
[Session Length]
- Long session (60mins)
- Regular session (25mins)
- LT (4mins): Lightning talks
Please note that the session time can be fully used for presentations.
As a general rule, we will use tools such as Discord to guide the Q&A session.
(This does not stop the speakers from answering questions in real time themselves.)
[How to get on the stage]
- Basically, we will be speaking via Zoom. (Please enter the Zoom URL at the designated time on 10/2 and 10/3, and speak.)
- The session will be broadcasted and archived on YouTube Live.
- A connection test will be conducted in advance. We will let you know the date later.
[Novelty]
We plan to provide T-shirts and other items for those who are selected.
We will confirm your address for the speaker's privilege after your acceptance.
As this will be a community-based conference run by volunteers, we will not be able to cover the cost of performances or communication. Please be aware of this.
